Spend over £60 in one order, and the delivery cost is on us. Free, nothing, nada. Under £60, and the shipping charge is calculated at checkout. Just pop in your address details, and the secure checkout process will connect to our fulfilment service to work out the cost of shipping the socks to your door. 

We use Amazon's fulfilment service to be able to offer fast, efficient and cost effective delivery throughout the UK. At checkout, you'll get the option of either express next day delivery, or a slightly slower and cheaper service. Spend over £60 and we'll cover the cost of next day delivery.

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you don't want to proceed for any reason, just drop us a message on hello@bambuso.com from your order email address with your order number, and we'll process a refund and cancel the order. This doesn't effect your statutory rights.

Absolutely! As soon as your socks are dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. The courier used depends on where you live, and how many packs you order. Most couriers will notify you when they intend to deliver, and they'll all give you the opportunity to have your parcel left in a safe place.

By opening an account, you're able to save your details for future orders. If however you'd rather just place the one off order, that's fine too.
